Apply the ear wax softener in both ears or the affected ear only.

On the Day of Your Procedure:
-
The assessment, procedure, and clinical recommendations will take approximately 45 minutes.
-
Please ensure there is adequate space for the RN to set up equipment (a stool and portable bed) for the procedure.
-
If you have children or pets, it is advisable to have the procedure in an enclosed room to ensure safety during ear microsuction/curettage.

Ensure you have read, understood, and signed the waiver and consent form prior to the procedure. Allow 15 minutes for the RN to prepare and provide clinical education before the procedure.
-
Feel free to ask questions during this time or after the procedure. The procedure itself will take about 30 minutes; please remain still. If you need to cough, talk, or move, kindly notify the RN by raising your hand.
-
If you consent to before and after photos, you will receive a report via email by the end of the day.
