At Canberra Ear Clinic, we are committed to supporting the ear health of our community, including residents in aged care. Our services extend to Residential Aged Care Facilities who wish to offer their residents a free ear health assessment. This initiative is designed to make ear care more accessible, especially for those who may find it difficult to attend external clinics. If your facility is interested in arranging a bulk ear assessment day for your residents. Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations made 24 hours prior to booked appointment is considered late and will result to the appointment being cancelled. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. -Rescheduling requests made 24 hours prior to booked appointment is considered late and will result to the appointment being cancelled. Deposits remain non-transferable and non-refundable. -To reschedule, please provide more than 24 hours notice from the time of your booked appointment. Your deposit will be held for rescheduling within 4 weeks of the original appointment. Additional surcharge of 1.9% and 30 cents will be included in the total amount during checkout. The remaining balance plus 1.1% charge will be paid after the procedure.
