Service Description
- A comprehensive consultation of both external ears. - Photos of both outer ear canals for your reference. - Customized education and clinical recommendations. - Written referral to a doctor if required. Please be aware: This service does not include microsuction and curettage. You may schedule this additional service separately if clinically advised after the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations made 24 hours prior to booked appointment is considered late and will result to the appointment being cancelled. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. -Rescheduling requests made 24 hours prior to booked appointment is considered late and will result to the appointment being cancelled. Deposits remain non-transferable and non-refundable. -To reschedule, please provide more than 24 hours notice from the time of your booked appointment. Your deposit will be held for rescheduling within 4 weeks of the original appointment. Additional surcharge of 1.9% and 30 cents will be included in the total amount during checkout. The remaining balance plus 1.1% charge will be paid after the procedure.
